JF stainless steel normal products no need MOQ and customize
products depend on.
Q6: Can you OEM?
Of course, always welcome.
Q7: Can I get sample for checking quality before order? Should I
need to pay?
Many items could provide FREE sample but need to charge the
freight. And some items need to charge sample fee+ freight but
could refund the sample fee when you place order. Customize sample
need to charge sample cost+ freight, no refund.
Q8: What’s the lead time?
About 25-30days after receive the deposit.
Sample delivery time is within 5 days for normal products.
Q9: How can I pay?
TT, L/C.
Sample small amount could pay via western union, paypal.
Q10: Can I send you our own design?
Of course, if you could send drawing, we could quote you within 3
days. If just let me know some photos or idea, our experienced
engineer could make drawing for you.
Q11: How should I do if the products no on your site?
We are group of 5 workshop and with about 30 good relationship
cooperative factories, we are always pleasure to search the
products for you.
Q12: What should I do if have quality problem?
Products warranty is 1 year.
And we always would try our best to solve the problem no matter
when you buy, just write me.
